I tested this in group chat and it worked fine. The @username is ignored.

What is the bot's name/id and channel you are having issues with?

That works fine in private chat but not in group.

Because the actual conversation in group goes like this:

When you require "Hello!" or "hello" as a previous, it doesn't recognize it. Because it is prefixed with "@username".

Just use the bot's reply with no prefix.

i.e.

The website was updated today to 7.0.7

When adding a new response, there's the option to set a required previous response. Say, I require the previous response "hello". That works fine in private chat with the bot.

But when the bot is in group it routinely prefix its response with the username of the speaker making it "@username hello".

How do I require the previous response "@username hello" or preferably ("hello" or "@username hello") ?

Looking at your bots, I see they are still connected to Telegram, and their messages per day have not changed, 1,865 messages yesterday.

Are the groups supergroups or normal groups? Bot Libre does not allow bots in supergroups to avoid spam.

All my bots, whether old or fresh, stopped reacting to conversations in Telegram groups. They respond normally in private chats and can post automated messages in groups, but not responding in groups.

 

I disconnected and connected them from admin panel many times, but that didn't solve the problem. I currently use another AI service, hoping that this problem will be soon solved because I prefer botlibre AI engine.

I can see that your bot is calling the webhook on our server, but the webhook is failing.
There seems to be an issue when using the DialogFlow directly, not going through Google actions/assistant. It seems to pass different data. I will investigate this.

Responses in Bot Libre are HTML and can include <img> <video> and other tags. When Bot Libre sends a message to social media it translates the HTML it to whatever artifacts the social media platform supports.

For Telegram your bot can include an image in a response using the <img> tag. For the img src you can upload the image to Bot Libre from the response editor in the Training & Chat Logs page.

I use my bot for Telegram chat group. But it doesn't send pdf files nor pictures to Telegram. Is it possible to make that work?

Looking at your bot, almost all of the messages seem to be coming from the supergroup. I don't see significant private messages.

Your supergroup seems to generate 10,000-50,000 messages per day. I would recommend upgrading to our Enterprise plan.

I made a bot and added it to my Telegram group. It works fine, but the group members are talking to the bot in private, which consumes all available API calls.

 

I want my bot to ignore all private chats and work only in group. How to do that?
